Can you believe we’re almost done with February? It seems impossible that we’re quickly skipping ahead towards spring, but I’m certainly not going to complain. With a winter filled with dining outside in frigid temperatures and NYC’s streets looking desolate as most people choose to hibernate inside rather than battle the elements to enjoy a restaurant meal, I’m excited to turn the page of the calendar.
